How to cancel an order?
If the customer wants to cancel the order, the customer needs to contact us first and then our sales staff will arrange to cancel the order within 2-4 working days.
After the order is cancelled,, we will refund the customer within 2-4 days.
*However, the order can only be cancelled before shipment,any order that has been shipped cannot be cancelled.

How to Return or exchange?
We support return or exchange within 30 days, So return method:
Customers can contact us within 30 days after receiving the product. If the goods you receive are defective or damaged, the size is wrong or the product is wrong, we support the return or exchange.

If our company needs to be responsible for this exception, we will allow it to be returned to our warehouse for refund or exchange.

After receiving the goods returned by you, we will refund the price and freight of the restored products in full, refund them to the users within 2-4 days, or resend the replacement products for free, and send the new products within 2-4 days at our expense. The customer does not have to bear any cost.
Use this solution only if Leobonzone.com is responsible for shipping the wrong item / size.


About the customer's responsibility:

Abnormal or incorrect order (e.g. item size)

If the customer orders the wrong size or product, we can also allow the return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the two-way (to and from our warehouse) transportation costs. Customers need to pay for mailing to us and then paying the freight. We send new goods to the users in 2-4 days. If customers choose to refund, we will refund according to the original product price. And refund to users within 2-4 days. However, all and any transportation costs are not refundable.
